In the last week of the autumn term, the Charity Committee organised a Christmas Chocolate Raffle, to raise money to cover our sponsorship of a young girl in Bangladesh.  This sponsorship is done with the charity Action Aid and it ensures that our sponsored child receives an education and also help is provided to her community.

The generosity of Fitzalan staff meant that we had lots of donations of chocolate for prizes.  Raffle numbers were sold for 50p each and we managed to raise a fantastic £100!  The draw took place on Thursday 19^th December and there were many happy lucky winners.  Thank you everyone for your support and generosity.
