Food and Nutrition Trip to France

On the 29th November 40 pupils from years 7-11 attended a 24 hour trip to the Opal coast in France.

They took part in a baguette making demonstration and made croissants with a pastry chef. The pupils also visited a chocolate factory where they discovered how chocolate is made from beans and shown how artisan chocolates are created.

The day was ended with a shopping trip at Cite Europe.
